The "AB Tool Holder" Device consists of very high-precision processing components combined into a simple structure so that the user can harness high-speed rotation of greater than 15000rpm during processing operations. We have compiled various experimental data showing how this high-speed rotation contributes to improved processing precision, sourface roughening and tool life. PATEN was already obtained in JAPAN and are applied for USA, Germany, UK, Italy, Korea and China etc.

The structure consists of numerous sets of double slide balancing weights arranged in a radial pattern to the Holder Device. The balance is then automatically corrected during rotation by guiding the dynamic balance to the optimal state.
