High-precision pin Gauge Set
The ET series contains 14 pin gauges with ± 0.3 μ m tolerance for high precision measurements in micron units. Standard sizes range from minus 3 μ m to plus 10 μ m increasing in 1 μ m increments. Custom sizes and combinations can also be made to meet unique customer needs.
